Yes. After your first cleaning we can put you on a schedule of two to three visits a year, timed to your area and conditions. We remind you, we show up. No contract required.
How often should solar panels be cleaned?

It depends on dust, nearby trees, birds and rainfall. After a first visit we'll recommend a schedule based on what we actually see on your roof.
Do you need to visit before quoting?

For most homes, no. Send your address and we review your array remotely, then quote by text, phone or email. Unusual properties may need a quick look first.
Will cleaning increase my energy production?

Soiling can reduce solar production. How much depends on the system, environment, weather, panel angle and degree of buildup. We remove accumulated dirt, dust and debris professionally, without promising unrealistic performance gains.
How do you clean the panels?

Purified, deionized water with non-abrasive, solar-safe brushes and tools. No harsh chemicals and no unnecessary high-pressure washing. For larger commercial arrays and carports, we use our SolarCleano robotic system where appropriate.

Rain helps with loose dust, but it rarely removes stuck-on bird droppings, pollen film or ash, and it can leave its own spotting as it dries. Long dry stretches in Southern California also mean buildup has months to settle.

No. As long as we can safely access the roof and a water source if needed, we can clean while you're out. We'll text you before we arrive and send before-and-after photos when we're done.
